Every tool is re-edged by hand and checked under magnification before it goes back. If we damage a tool through our own error, we cover the repair or replace it.

A quality nipper handles many years of regular sharpening. We remove only the metal needed to restore the edge, so the jaw geometry stays intact far longer than with a grinder.

Alignment is part of the service, not an extra. Misaligned jaws are the most common reason a nipper feels dead, and it is usually fixable without touching the edge much at all.

Usually yes. Surface rust comes off during the process. Deep pitting on the cutting edge itself is the one thing we cannot undo — we check first and tell you before we charge you.

Yes. Pickup covers Austin and about 70 miles around it. Outside the core zone there is a small travel fee, or you can use the 24/7 drop-off at the shop.

They come back cleaned and ready for your own sterilization cycle. We handle them on a dedicated bench, but your autoclave stays the final step, as your board requires.
