Shipping & Delivery Policy

LOCAL PICKUP (FREE)
Pick up your items at our studio: 9725 N Lake Creek Pkwy, Austin, TX 78717. Orders are usually ready within 24 hours — we'll notify you when yours is ready.

LOCAL DELIVERY (AUSTIN AREA)
We offer local delivery within approximately 20 miles of our studio. We'll contact you with your delivery window.

SHIPPING (U.S.)
For products shipped within the United States: Standard shipping is free on orders $70 and up (otherwise a flat rate applies at checkout); Express shipping is available for an additional fee. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery times are estimates and may vary.

MAIL-IN SHARPENING
If you mail knives or tools to us, please pack them securely. We sharpen within 1–2 business days of arrival and return them to you promptly. We are not responsible for damage caused by improper packaging.
